With the recent 0.18.00 release of ITM, Mission Control has added significant new features to ITM, several bug fixes, new Syllabus features and the start of the broad ranging Training Records feature set.

• The underlying .NET Framework has been upgraded to ASP.NET 3.5, and the development environment now uses Visual Studio 2008. This provides a more secure and future proof platform to build on.
  
• The orange disk icon on the main Event Edit page is no longer sctrictly necessary. The main Save button will save the subform at all times, so if you forget to click on the orange disk icon, it's not a problem.
• Event Coordinators can now choose to not receive Registration Alerts. This would be handy when there are hundreds of people signing up for an event.
  
• ITM now sends the Event Coordinator an email notification when someone else changes an intended status for an attendee.
• Bug Fix: The Attendance Summary on the Event Attendance page now displays full numbers, not just the left-most digit.
• Bug Fix : It is now possible to delete an Organisation Group properly - related data is also deleted.
• Password Resets now record the IP address of the user that requested the reset.
• A Syllabus can now be shared across organisations. The owner organisation can publish part or all of their syllabus, and any other organisation can subscribe to that publication.
• All the Unit Standards in the the New Zealand National Qualifications Framework have been imported to ITM, and published as a Shared Syllabus for other organisations to make use of.
  
• System wide SQL Injection attack protection has been added.
• ITM now records Training Level Completions through Attendance or Recognition of Prior Learning. 
• ITM now records Learning Objective Completions through Attendance or Recognition of Prior Learning.
  
• Training Levels have been enhanced to allow for expirations - useful in the case of First Aid courses and similar qualifications that expire. 
• When users try to navigate to a page that doesn't exist, they now get a warning message to that effect. They previously received just a generic application error message.
• ITM now keeps statistics on search terms used so that we can better tune the internal search engine.
• The Excel export for the main Contact List now includes several additional fields to make it more useful.
• Training Levels now have an option called "Sign Off Automatically", allowing anyone who attends an event to be automatically credited with that qualification.
• Search features have been improved for Learining Objectives and Training Levels to include the new unique ID fields for those records.
• All ComponentArt Grids in ITM (System Event List, Training Level objectives list) have been upgraded to display better in Firefox.
• Bug Fix : The maximum length of Subject Names have been consistently set to 100.
• Communications mode on the Event Edit screen now behaves appropriately if the event has been cancelled.
