• Event Coordinators can now configure the system to automatically send Event Reminders to all the confirmed attendees one week before the start of an Event. These reminder messages can include a customised message directly from the Event Coordinator.
• Administrators can now use the new 'Record Attendance' column on the Event Category List to determine if they want Actual Attendance recorded or not for the different categories of Event. For example you might care strongly about recording attendance information for a training course, but less so about attendance at a meeting.
• Reminder emails will be sent to Event Coordinators after an event to enter their Actual Attendance data.
• Bug Fix: Event and Location information is no longer stored with HTML codes in place of apostrophes. This was affecting Web Services that retrieved event information.
• Training Levels have been enhanced to now allow for Optional and Mandatory Learning Objectives.
• Learning Objectives can now have External Unique ID's - great for objectives that are controlled by other organisations and given unique identifiers. For example, in New Zealand the National Qualifications Framework defines thousands of Unit Standards, which are identified by a four digit number.
• Learning Objectives can now have a number of Credits, which are used towards any Training Level or Course that the Objective belongs to. We recommend that you review your existing Syllabus to see if adding Credits can bring benefit to your training programme.
• Substantially improved the user interface for adding & removing Learning Objectives to Training Levels.  The number of Credits are automatically totalled as you go.
• The Learning Objectives List now shows Credits and, if where they are defined, the External Unique ID for each Objective.
• The search system now also includes the Audience field for Training Levels.
• Bug Fix: Deleting a Contact who has been an instructor now provides a more useful error message.
