Lakeview TNT
Start any time between 6:15 and 7.
Meeting place: Lakeview Plaza Shopping Centre. Look for the green station wagon near the centre of the parking lot. There are options for post-run drinks and eats (well, a pizza place and a Dairy Queen) should any of you wish to linger and meet.
The run will be on residential streets and paths so there is pretty good light should you forget your headlamp.
The course includes several long legs interspersed with short direction-changing legs and route choices. Officially 4.2K--but only if you climb back fences, scale rooftoops, cut through schools etc. In reality more than 6.5K but there are lots of options to shorten the course.
